Custom Color Finishes
While the bare bisque ceramic finish is beautiful in its natural bare state, it can be made in any color.
How to Order a Custom Color Fixture
- Select the approximate color color using the color picker.
- Select your other product options
- Select whether you would like a color sample for approval.
- Receive a high resolution rendering of the approximate color on your fixture and a physical sample if ordered.
- Receive and approve a final order for approval to begin production.

Care & Maintenance
Bare Bisque
Natural “bisque” (unpainted ceramic) fixtures can be cleaned by sanding with fine 150-grit sandpaper. Do not use liquid cleaners on the porous bisque surface.
Painting Bare Bisque
If you enjoy DIY, our bare bisque ceramic is smooth and easy to paint. You may use any basic acrylic or latex paint of your choosing. For the ease of clean-up, etc. water based paint is recommended. Should you choose oil based paint (e.g., a can of spray paint), we recommend using an appropriate primer first; otherwise, a primer is not necessary.
Finish
A19’s finishes are durable enough to hold up to wear both indoors and out. The exterior surface can be dusted or wiped clean with a non-abrasive damp cloth or sponge.
Wet & Damp Location
To prevent water from reaching the electrical connections, apply a bead of silicone around the full perimeter of the fixture housing to seal it to the wall surface. Our standard damp location fixtures are suitable for indoor or outdoor locations subject to condensation of moisture. Select our Outdoor/WET rated option when the light fixture or electrical components will be directly exposed to rain water.
Warranty
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
A19 ceramic lighting fixtures are made under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. In addition to, A-19, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. If your light fixtures are purchased for industrial, commercial and business use you are warranted for a period of 5 years. See Full Warranty
Shipping and Delivery
Most products ship directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times may vary by manufacturer, contact your sales representative or use the inquiry form above to find out transit times and availability to your location. Delivery carrier may vary. Tracking numbers will be emailed and posted to your invoice.
Payments
Payments can be made via credit card, ACH, wire transfer or purchase order for approved accounts. Choose your payment option at checkout or contact your sales rep.
Quotations
You can request a quote for products by adding them to your cart and choosing the "Quote or Purchase Order" payment option at checkout. Once submitted your sales representative will update your quote and you will be able review and pay for your quote by visiting your "My Account" > "Quotations".
Refunds and Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund subject to a restocking fee of 15-50%. Contact your sales representative for specifics about your selected products.
