Ria Gulian, ASID has a most diverse background when it comes to interiors. She has worked on projects such as custom and renovated homes, hospitality, medical, dental offices, yachts and commercial interiors. Ms. Gulian is the owner of Interior Designs by Ria, a Long Branch based interior design firm with a roster of satisfied clientele who applaud her design skills, her ability to listen, and her advocacy for the client in all phases of the project. Her staff is able to assist and answer questions expeditiously. Through years of networking and developing skills, Ria has established herself in the dental and hospitality industries. Her understanding of construction from the ground up is a result of long and successful working relationships with many area builders and architects. She has been a member of the New Jersey Shore Builders Association and has worked closely with builders on several developments, including Holland Ridge Homes in Freehold and Shore Management/Renaissance in Eatontown. She has been involved in the selections of all interior specifications, from mouldings to custom cabinetry. Her renovation projects have earned accolades from clients for her ability to create an environment conducive to family's and staff's needs. She has been involved in the design and construction of large custom homes, putting her design knowledge to work on everything from kitchens to great rooms to home theater rooms. Ms. Gulian is a certified NJ Interior Designer and has been qualified as a certified Interior Designer by the NJ Board of Architects. She also has a Florida License, which she just completed a model home, The Whitney, in West Palm Beach, FL. Ria has also been a NCIDQ-certified interior designer since 1983 and is a professional member of ASID.
