Born and raised in historic southwestern Pennsylvania, I have always had an affinity for elements of design and aesthetics. Although, it was my passion, I began my career in pediatric and medical libraries. My career path started to change when I completed the renovation of my home, the 1857 Orr farm homestead. I pursued interior design classes at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and finished with a Master of Interior Architecture from Chatham University. My motto extends to all my work, and emphasizes my ability to connect our quality of life and well being with design. "Beauty in interior architecture and design speaks with a word...from the heart to the eye of the beholder." ThusSavoy Interior Design was born.
