PRINCIPAL DESIGNER Katherine Speas, ASID, NCIDQ, REGREEN Certified Kathy specializes in crafting creative interior spaces as personal and unique as the clients she works with. Taking interior design to a new level, Kathy has been providing award winning designs in Colorado Springs since 1982. A full-service interior designer, Kathy holds a BA in Interior Design from Iowa State University and is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers. One of Colorado Springs most sought after interior designers, Kathy, is enjoying the freedom of passing on her legacy to her daughter Courtney. WORK PHILOSOPHY As a hands-on designer, Kathy connects with her clients and approaches all projects with an emphasis on architectural design, space planning and material design that takes ones home from ordinary to extraordinary. She blends her distinctive designs with the personality of her clients to create one of kind spaces. PASSIONS Kathy loves the outdoors and has a passion for garden design. She is happiest when her hands are in the dirt nurturing her flowers with Bentley curled up nearby in the shade. She also loves hiking, yoga, and travel with her dear friends and family.
